Lead the Leaders !
To succeed one needs rules to observe, to succeed one needs strategies to execute, to succeed one needs a strong mind, to succeed one needs to be self disciplined
Ignorance of self is one of the most dangerous things that lead to failure. To know one self is such a crucial issue because you get equipped with the relevant arsenal to fight along the journey to the final mark
Look back to the year that is just ending, 2010, discover yourself and know who you are. (Take a moment to examine yourself)
After discovering yourself, now let’s move forward and do the following for 2011
Have a goal

Set a vision
Vision is an art, the art of seeing the invincible. Vision is the factor that differentiates people for we are limited not by our abilities but by our vision. “Vision looks inward and becomes duty. Vision looks outward and becomes aspiration. Vision looks upward and becomes faith.” – Stephen Wise
Have a plan
Remember the proverb ““He who fails to plan, plans to fail”
Learn from mistakes
Should you speak sharply to a friend, fear not, you can be reconciled. Should you draw a sword against a friend, despair not it can be undone… learn from your mistakes and do what is necessary to earn back whatever you have lost…remember when you try and fail then you have just discovered another way of not doing it
Never quit
Accept whatever befalls you, in crushing misfortune be patient. For in fire gold is tested and worthy men in the crucible of humiliation. Amidst all this ups and downs of life, trust in God, never give up
