How Was Your 2010 ?
They say “A good memory is one that can remember the day's blessings and forget the day's troubles” and in addition we are all encouraged to count our blessings for each minute, hour and day is but a gift to us
There is an Irish quote that goes “May you have the hindsight to know where you've been, The foresight to know where you are going, And the insight to know when you have gone too far”. Here I am, at the end of 2010, to have a clear foresight I truly need to have a hindsight, to count my blessing, the 2010 blessings
The year 2010 started with rather a high note for me, this the year I was up and down looking for a job. I traveled kilometers in search of a job, a well paying job. And yes, after three months of searching I got a job, 2010 goes down to my history book as the year I officially started receiving a pay slip at the end of each month
2010 has also been a year I have natured my relationship, I cherished the insight that made me knew when I have gone too far and a sure foresight that made me know where I want to get to. Every embrace, every kiss, every date was wonderfully taken in as a chance to take another step, as a chance to learn, as a chance to grow. And sure enough, 2010 goes down to my memory lane as a year that I have made it in my relationship
Generally the year 2010 has been a peaceful year, a soul searching year, a fruitful year and a year that has shaped my foresight; I am now ready to get to 2011 to achieve that which I have placed in sight
Now go ahead and count your blessings too, how was your 2010 ?
